Another PRO FITNESS Bench designed to absorb the constant pounding! The spring-loaded adjustable seat places lifters in the correct position to perform behind the head presses, while the oversized spotters platform safely allows a spotter to assist the lifter. This model features built in Plate Storage for added convenience. Permanently attached "UHMW" wear guards are standard, eliminating noise while protecting the Bench and your bar.
