How to place an order

  • Total price of all items...taken from our Online Price List or a price quoted to you by your Pro Fitness Sales Representative via telephone or e-mail.
  • Frame Color, Some colors additional (Black $25.00 per unit)

Terms

A 50% deposit is required to initiate all orders. Small orders may be charged in full at the discretion of Pro Fitness in order to reduce paperwork.

The balance is due upon notification prior to shipping. All orders are shipped customer pre-paid freight. Freight companies require payment in advance for freight delivery services, unless the recipient has an account with a specific trucking company. All strength equipment prices are FOB Arizona, and all cardio equipment sales are FOB the respective factory or distribution point for that particular brand.  Written freight quotes are available for any size order.  Please call or e-mail if you wish to receive a quote on the shipping charges for your order.  The destination Zip Code for your delivery address is needed if you choose to e-mail us for this quote.

We do not offer refunds on placed orders.  Unless the equipment is in stock, all orders are fabricated on a per order basis, and in the order they are received, and are shipped as they are completed.  Time frame from time of order to delivery of your equipment is dependent on the size and make-up of each order, as well as our current volume.  Unless the equipment is in stock in the color frame and color of upholstery you desire, there is virtually no way shipment will occur within the 30 days required by the FTC 30 Day Rule.  Almost all orders are shipped within 30 - 60 days of receipt of the order.  Multiple unit orders of 4 or more items can take 60 - 120 days.  Please be aware custom pieces can take longer than 60 days. As such, these sales are not subject to the Federal Trade Commission rules.  However, written delivery time guarantees are available on any size order.  Verbal approximations do not constitute a guarantee of delivery time.  Refunds for any reason are subject to a minimum 50% restocking fees.

There are no returns with the exception as to what is covered under our warranty.  Please be sure that you are comfortable with our designs prior to placing your order.  We will attempt to work with you on design issues prior to placing your order, and or the manufacturing process, regardless of the size of your order.  All our designs are subject to change without notice.  Through our extensive clientele base and feedback, we may alter a design in order to improve our product.  Never are these changes made to decrease the quality and effectiveness of our equipment.  You are receiving the latest improved design on any product we ship.  Once a change is made, it could take several months to update the Online Catalog with the new photograph, however your Pro Fitness Sales Representative is able to fully explain any design changes or to answer any questions you may have.  We manufacture a very high quality product and are confident you will be pleased with our equipment.  Our warranty information is listed on the "Specification" page of this Online Catalog.

Any and all other terms must be agreed upon in advance by your Pro Fitness Sales Representative.

Then what?

We will notify you by e-mail or telephone when your order is expected to be shipped.  Where possible we will find you the lowest shipping cost available. And if possible we will find an Independent Trucker to ship the equipment if the price and delivery time is comparable to that of the National LTL shipping companies.  Recently, several Online Shipping Companies have offered reduced shipping rates while utilizing the exact same Trucking Companies we have used for years.  These Online Truck Brokers require payment in advance and will not collect upon delivery.  They take credit cards for payment, and do not charge your card until the equipment is delivered.  We offer this choice as a way to save you money on your purchase, however we realize some people do not like to give credit card information over the phone, or have it entered over the Internet.  So the choice is available.  Since we have started this program, we have not had any problems with security of your information, or any type of overcharge on the freight bill.

Most Trucking Companies offer curbside service...which means they will bring the equipment to you, but you are responsible for placing your equipment inside your building.  For additional charges, Inside delivery is also available through most shipping companies.  Your equipment can also be made available for pick-up at a local Trucking Company Terminal, many of which are open 24 hours a day.  Pre-arrangement can be made in order to pick-up your equipment, which is sometimes easier to coordinate than waiting for a delivery. 

Before signing for delivery: Please make sure everything listed on the packing slip is included and in good condition. Customers that do not make note of damaged or incomplete deliveries on delivery bill will be held responsible for any damaged product that needs replacing or shortages that need to be filled. Please make sure to check everything thoroughly upon delivery before the driver leaves and make a note on the delivery bill of any shortages or damage. If any part of your delivery is damaged beyond repair it is best to refuse the delivery altogether so that it can be quickly replaced. Upon unpacking should there be any sort of hidden damage ,most freight companies allow a period of seven (7) days to be notified. If you contact Pro Fitness we can document this and coordinate any claim with the freight company.
