How to place an order

To place an order simply write to us with the following information:
- Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code
also include
- Items you wish to purchase
- Total price of all items...taken from our Online Price List or a price quoted to you by your Pro Fitness Sales Representative via telephone or e-mail.
- Frame Color, Some colors additional (Black $25.00 per unit)
- Upholstery Color if applicable
- Shipping address if different from above
- Daytime and Evening phone number

- Send the above information using our convenient Online Order Form. We do not accept payment over the Internet, however all the information can be easily sent with this form.

Terms
A 50% deposit is required to initiate all orders.
The balance is due upon notification prior to shipping. All orders are shipped either freight collect or customer pre-paid freight. All prices are
FOB Prescott Valley, Arizona. Written freight quotes are available for any size order.
Please call or e-mail if you wish to receive a quote on the shipping charges for your order. The destination Zip
Code for your delivery address is needed if you choose to e-mail us for this
quote.
We do not offer refunds on placed orders. Unless the
equipment is in stock, all orders are fabricated in the order they are
received, and are shipped as they are completed. Time frame from
time of order to delivery of your equipment is dependent on the size and
make-up of each order, as well as our current volume. Unless the
equipment is in stock in the color frame and color of upholstery you
desire, there is virtually no way shipment will occur within the 30 days
required by the FTC 30 Day Rule. Almost all orders are shipped
within 30 - 60 days of receipt of the order. Multiple unit orders of 4 or more items can take 60 - 120 days. As such, these sales
are not subject to the Federal Trade Commission rules. However, written
delivery time guarantees are available on any size order. Verbal approximations
do not constitute a guarantee of delivery time.
There are no returns with the exception as to what is
covered under our warranty. Please be sure that you are comfortable
with our designs prior to placing your order. We will attempt to
work with you on design issues prior to placing your order, and or the
manufacturing process, regardless of the size of your order. We
manufacture a very high quality product and are confident you will be
pleased with our equipment. Our warranty information is listed on
the "Specification" page of this Online Catalog.
Any and all other terms must be agreed upon in advance by your Pro Fitness Sales Representative.
Then what?
We will notify you by e-mail or telephone when your order is expected to be shipped. You have a choice on shipping
terms. For 20 years we have shipped with several Trucking Companies
that will collect the shipping fees upon delivery. We always ship
with the least expensive company to insure you receive the lowest
available rate to your area. If possible we will find an Independent
Trucker to ship the equipment if the price and delivery time is comparable
to that of the National LTL shipping companies. Recently, several Online Shipping
Companies have offered reduced shipping rates while utilizing the exact
same Trucking Companies we have used for years. The only difference
is that the Online Brokers require payment in advance instead of
collecting upon delivery. They take credit cards for payment, and do
not charge your card until the equipment is delivered. We offer this
choice as a way to save you money on your purchase, however we realize
some people do not like to give credit card information over the phone, or
have it entered over the Internet. So the choice is available.
Since we have started this program, we have not had any problems with
security of your information, or any type of overcharge on the freight
bill.
Upon shipment you will be given a local telephone number of the Trucking Company delivering your equipment, as
well as a Tracking Number if one is available. Most Trucking Companies offer curbside service...which means they will
bring the equipment to you, but you are responsible for placing your equipment inside your building. For additional
charges, Inside delivery is also available through most shipping
companies. Your equipment can also be made available for pick-up at
a local Trucking Company Terminal, many of which are open 24 hours a day.
Pre-arrangement can be made in order to pick-up your equipment, which is sometimes
easier to coordinate than waiting for a delivery. |
