This economical yet powerful rack is the backbone to any successful strength training program. The Olympic Bar catch assemblies lock into place at 4" intervals providing the needed starting position adjustment for virtually any size lifter. Over sized lock out bars are also adjustable or removable depending on your specific need.
The standard height of this unit is 78", although it can be custom designed to virtually any height. Plate Storage bars are also standard on all models.
