This impressive Power Bench comes with fully adjustable Spotting Arms that allow the lifter to train with added safety. Just like our Super Power Bench, this Power Bench is built to AAU Powerlifting Specifications, and is second to none in quality, components used, and craftsmanship. Features include premium grade 2.5" x 2.5", 3" x 3" and 2" x 4" Heavy Wall Tubing. The two uprights are built using 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" square tubing, with a wall thickness of 1/4". The inside seam has been removed to allow for a smooth and strong telescoping movement of the adjustable bar support.

The ultra-dense dual density padded 48" long bench, comes in your choice of widths from AAU Regulated 11 1/2" to 12 5/8". Pictured here is a 12" wide pad. Our foam padding is very high tech, complete with built in memory. Others manufacturers may use "rebond" padding which is basically carpet padding. Rebond will break down over time and offer little protection on heavy lifts.
