This fully commercial Smith Machine and Lat Pulldown will allow you to perform all your pressing and squatting movements, as well as Lat Pulldowns and Low Rowing or any other exercises involving both a high and low pulley system.
The Smith Machine portion consists of the Power Bar mounted to 1.25" Linear Shafting for Ultra-Smooth operation. Bar Range of Motion is from 9" to 76" with Eleven Bar Catches providing the ultimate in convenience during training. Pictured is the "Angled Smith Machine", set at a 5 Degree pressing angle.
The Lat Pulldown or Upper Pulley allows a variety of exercises to be performed. This unit is also equipped with a removable low pulley which also has foot stops for doing Cable Rows. You are also able to do a wide variety of low pulley work for Biceps, Triceps, Shoulder, and many Core Exercises.
Plate Storage Bars lined with high tech plastic for noise reduction and aesthetics are standard on this model. **Plates and Handles not included.**
