This is the ultimate Shoulder Training Bench. Train safely and with confidence with this strong and functional unit. Pressing movements can be started or finished either behind the head or in front of the head using any one of the four bar rests. Also included is a safety drop area built into the frame in the event of any sort of lifting failure.

Features include a pin select adjustable seat, large 16" x 32" spotter's platform, and protective UHMW wear guards permanently attached to all frame backs and bar rests which will protect against steel to steel contact protecting both the frame and your Bar.
