Power Rack with Lat Pull/ Low Row PRO
Perform all of your pressing and squatting exercises as well high and low pulley exercises with one complete heavy duty gym quality unit! The fully adjustable locking bar J-hooks on our Pro-Fitness.com PF380P Power Rack w/Lat Pull – Low Row Pro can be positioned at 4" intervals for virtually any starting position. The solid steel safety catches can be set at any bottom out point needed in order to set your range of motion without having to worry about dropping the bar.
The upper pulley allows for a variety of exercises s such as lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, ab work and shoulder exercises. This powerful All-In-One unit is also equipped with a low pulley with built in foot rests for doing seated cable rows. With this low pulley assembly you can perform a wide variety of additional exercises to develop the biceps, triceps and shoulders as well as doing many core exercises.
This model is also outfitted with both upper and lower band pegs for serious training.
Additional features include integrated plate storage posts which are inset at the rear of the machine so that the overall width of the machine is not affected. Also included are handle storage hooks and an olympic bar holder.
