You are probably wondering how
we can charge as much as 70% less than our competition and still be in
business, right?
First of all, we run a tight ship. We
are the manufacturer of our equipment, employing the skilled craftsman
ourselves, eliminating all the middlemen between the manufacturing plant and
you, the end user. And we only hire
the best welders/fabricators to insure the highest quality available.
Additionally, we search for and use only the finest raw materials, purchase these materials in bulk, and use state of the art quality
control systems. We do not want the
expense of sending replacement parts around the world; we do not want our
equipment to fall apart down the road. All
these systems in place allow us to guarantee our frames for life, without giving
this a second thought. These frames
are designed and built so they simply will not break, therefore eliminating all
costs of replacing the units. On the administrative end, we
choose our advertising and marketing very carefully to ensure each advertising
dollar pays for itself; we streamline our systems and billing processes; we
don't have any frills (like the $5000 office chairs of some of the now bankrupt
dot-coms). We do however
spend money on toll-free telephone numbers and invite any potential customers to
call and ask as many questions as needed to make you feel comfortable with the
equipment and this company.
Second, we're straight shooters. There are no tricks in what we do, just
good, old-fashioned, reliable business principles.
We don't try to over sell our clients, and we don't inflate the
pricing only to offer a 30% discount. We
build a great product, and deliver a great product, and we don't take short
cuts. As another way to save you money,
we work with freight companies daily to insure we have the lowest rates possible. And when we
quote a freight price we take that price right off the freight companies web
site and don't quote a low price in order to entice you into buying, and then shock you
with a higher price when the delivery guy is standing at your door with yor new equipment.
What's
the end result of all this? Well, we're happy to tell you that we're a small but
profitable company that has been in business since 1983, and expects to be in
business for many years to come. All this, of course, is due to
value-conscious customers like you.
